Qissa Khwani Bazaar, the 'Storytellers' Bazaar', is one of the oldest and busiest market streets in Peshawar's old city, historically a gathering point for traders, travellers and storytellers passing through on regional trade routes. Today it's a dense strip of shops selling dry fruit, textiles and local goods, with the narrow street layout and constant foot traffic giving a strong sense of the old city's commercial energy.
