A number of vantage points around Muzaffarabad look out over the meeting of the Neelum and Jhelum rivers and the hills that frame the city on either side. These viewpoints are scattered rather than concentrated in one spot, giving visitors several different angles from which to take in the confluence and the surrounding landscape depending on which part of the city they're in.
