Pir Chinasi is a hilltop shrine and viewpoint above Muzaffarabad, reached by a winding road that climbs well above the city and opens out into panoramic views over the surrounding valleys. The shrine itself draws local devotees, while the viewpoint aspect draws a broader mix of visitors simply for the scenery. On clear days, the elevated position gives one of the widest views available of Muzaffarabad and the rivers that meet near it.
