Lansdowne Bridge is a historic cantilever bridge over the Indus at Sukkur, once considered a major feat of engineering for its time and still standing today beside the newer road bridge built to handle modern traffic. Its ironwork structure has a distinctly different character from the concrete of the newer crossing, and the pairing of old and new bridges side by side makes for one of the more visually interesting river crossings in the country.
