Rama Meadows is an area of alpine grassland near Astore, set beneath the looming presence of Nanga Parbat and reached by a jeep track that climbs steadily up from the valley floor. The open meadows are popular for camping, with the mountain's scale dominating the view from almost every angle. It's typically the first stop for visitors heading up toward Rama Lake further along the same route.
